Hardware Mechanical Processing Department: We have been engaged in various metal finishing and sheet metal crafts for over 5 years. With our experience, we are expert in the finishing machining of various non-ferrous metal parts and equipment parts, and the processing of all kinds of non-ferrous metals, metal heat sinks, mechanical parts, speaker parts, furniture hardware pieces, etc. Precision machining diameter is between 10mm and 400mm. Precision can reach 0.02mm. Coaxial tolerance can reach 0.02mm. Parallelism can reach 0.02mm. Manufacturing process and product quality are managed by an advanced management system and control system as per ISO9001:2008 standards. We have one grinding machining, 2 sets of milling-machines, 4 sets of Schruppbanks, 5 sets of precision lathes, totally more than 10 sets of various stamping machines, and other sets of supporting associated equipment, such as more than 10 sets of cutting machines.

Resin and Plastic Product Processing Department: We have rich experience in processing resin & practical parts. Our products include automotive surrounded pieces, carbon fiber for interior and exterior, various resin products, etc. We also produce all kinds of imitation ceramic products and resinous horns. We can design & manufacture plastic moulds less than 30oz, and produce all kinds of plastic parts within 18oz. We have five sets of plastic injection molding machines, and more than 10 sets of other auxiliary equipment.
